Ben is Executive Assistant to the Porfolio Manager of a private equity hedge fund. A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, he has served in various Episcopal church leadership roles for over 20 years. He is a graduate of The University of the South’s Education for Ministry (EfM) program and also served as EfM Mentor at the Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach, Florida. Ben is a trained Discernment Facilitator with Listening Hearts Ministries. Before joining HTC in 2022, he served as Verger on staff at Saint Thomas Church Fifth Avenue. An avid reader, knitter, and dog lover, Ben has been an Inwood resident for five years. His vision for HTC is building a more prayerful community of friendship through hospitality. He believes that community involvement and exposure to HTC’s unique, loving family places us in the right position for growth. He is also class of 2028.
